 Flexy, our AI-powered chatbot, is available to help users identify potential funding opportunities and navigate resources and application requirements. Conversations with Flexy are designed to be anonymous and are retained for up to 28 days. Chat transcripts may be reviewed to improve Flexy’s ability to help users identify funding opportunities and for quality assurance, troubleshooting, and to maintain the security and operation of the service.

Users should not enter personal information, student education records, confidential information, proprietary business information, or other sensitive information into Flexy. Flexy is not intended to collect such information, and users should avoid including any information that could identify themselves or another individual. If personal or confidential information is inadvertently submitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it and will not use it for chatbot improvement purposes, except as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information submitted through Flexy is processed solely for the purpose of providing and improving Flexy.  Flexy interactions are not used to train publicly available artificial intelligence models.
